Two shipping methods are provided.

Standard Shipping | Cost: $10
Expedited Shipping | Cost: $25-$40

Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, a confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent to the recipient. Please note some items may ship separately.

Free Shipping

If your order is less than $99.99, you have to pay $10 for the shipping fee.

Free shipping to is offered if USA order is over $99.99.

Claim damaged box or incorrect item(s)

A damage/incorrect item claim due to shipping MUST be made within 3 business days of receipt of the international order. A new product will be shipped or a refund provided after the customer agrees to provide full photographic evidence of damage.

Custom Fees

International orders maybe be subject to charges/fees at customs. AKEEYO.com is not responsible for paying these charges. These are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict how much they might be – that is at the discretion of the customs office.
