DOA (Defective On Arrival)
If the products arrived broken you need to contact with us within 3 days from the day you receive the package. Then follow the 3 Day Product Guarantee.
Because products are a high value item, we may ask you to send back the defective product before we send you a new one or arrange the refund.
3 Days Dislike Products
If you dislike the product for any reason such as the product's shape isn't the one you imagine or the functions are not what you expected, you can contact with us within 3 days from the date the package was delivered to you. You need to offer photos or videos to show us the product is in the same condition as when it was delivered to you, without any other damage or defective parts. Once we have confirmed the condition the product should be returned to us. You need to pay for the shipping fee back to us. We will refund the price you paid after we have received the product and checked the condition and the original accessories are included and without any other damages or scratches. If there are any aesthetic imperfections or missing parts we will charge you 20% of the product's price for restocking.
Note:During the return shipping you are responsible for any customs charges or tariffs to return the product to China. In these cases we will deduct the taxes we need to pay from the refund you will receive. You can consult with our customer service if your country has a difficult shipping policy.
Broken Within One Month
If the product is faulty within one month (counted from the date of arrival), the warranty is to resend, refund, local maintenance or free repair depending on the product's problem. If the problems are caused by the product itself we will arrange to resend or refund depending on the customer's (your) preference. You will need to send the product back to us first. Once we receive it and confirm the product problem we will arrange a replacement or refund you. You need to send the product back to us firstly. We will cover the postage that you send the product back only if the less than $60 USD. If it is outside this range we can not cover any costs of return shipping. You can consult with our customer service if your country has a difficult shipping policy.
If the problems can be solved by other ways like upgrading the system we can offer other compensations. Customers can discuss this with customer service or salesman in details to reach an agreement. Artificial factors such as dis-assembly, misuse, drops or falls, water damage, unofficial firmware or software modifications or any others causes of damage are not covered.
Broken After One Month And Within One Year
If the product is faulty due to a manufacturing fault after one month (counted from the date of arrival) but before one year, you are eligible for free repair. Our service team will assess the problem and ask you to provide photos or videos of the issue. If approved we will send you the address and instructions to return the defective product back to us for repair. When the defective product has been repaired we will send it back to you with free shipping. You need to send the product back to us firstly. We will pay 50% of the return shipping fee only if it cost more than $15 and also less than $60 (USD).If it is outside this range we can not cover any costs of return shipping. You can consult with our customer service if your country has a difficult shipping policy.
Artificial factors such as dis-assembly, misuse,drops or falls, water damage, un official firmware or software modifications or any others causes of damage are not covered.
If you don`t want to send it back since the high return shipping fee, you can try to find your local product repair shop. You need to consult the repair fee firstly and inform us the quoted cost before you fix it. We will pay the repair fee only if the cost is not over 30% of the product`s price and under $40 total. Otherwise we will not pay the cost and suggest you send it back to us for free repair.
If the repairer cannot guarantee the product can be fixed and need to disassemble the product for checking first, you need to ensure they do not damage the product during the whole process. If there is any disassembly damage and then you send it to us for free repair, we will ask for an extra repair fee when we inspect and determine any further damage from disassembly by a third party.
We could send you the replacement screen or other replacement accessories if you are sure that you can fix it yourself. Also during the whole process you should not damage the product . 1. All customers need to confirm with our customer service or salesman about the return address and details before you send the defective product back to us. We won't be responsible for your return if you ship it back to us according to the return address on the original parcel we sent to you.
2. The return shipping fee of the defective product must be discussed and agreed upon before you send the product back. Or we will not be responsible for any return shipping costs.

Please send item back to us through local post office instead of express service like DHL,UPS,TNT,FEDEX... as it likely will incur import taxes when it reaches customs and it may also be delayed during the customs clearance process. If we can't receive the item we can't arrange a replacement or repair.
. We advise you to put a note in the returned package that includes the following details:
1) Your order number;
2) The returned product's name or ID;
3) Your return reasons.
This note will help expedite our processing time.
6. If you have difficulties in sending the product back to us such as; high shipping fees, your country forbids sending batteries overseas or any other problems, you are very welcome to discuss this with our customer service and together come to an agreement on the solution.
7. Please send the item back according this return policy. We will reject your return parcel by express as it will have a high customs duty. We will also reject it if the parcel was sent via a tracked method and is not able to be tracked via tracking number and customer name.
